Engaged to make the organisation bankable at the national water utility serving more than 25mn people across a $40bn asset base. Designed the enterprise finance strategy and transformation programme; detailed more than $200mn of finance, asset life-cycle management, and concession scopes.

$32 billion health budget, corporatised

Seven years inside the Health Sector Transformation Programme under Vision 2030, architecting the corporatisation, the payer-provider separation, the two-volume capital handbook, and the unified chart of accounts that made national reform operational.

Concession gates, anchored in law

Built the commercial gate architecture, serving as a member of the concession RFP technical committee.

43 per cent EBITDA growth

Drove the margin and performance turnaround as CFO, anchored by a 12 per cent tariff renegotiation with BUPA and Tawuniya. Secured $107mn in credit facilities, funding five facilities, all operational today, and designed the approved 25-year, $270mn growth plan.

$500 million in exit value, inside a year

As CFO of Aspen Healthcare, led the 25-year, $300mn sale-and-leaseback with Welltower across four hospitals while operations ran uninterrupted, and counselled the $215mn sale to Tenet Healthcare, on the regional corporate board reporting to the US global board.

Operating partner in a buy-and-build portfolio, growing it from two companies to five across highway infrastructure, technology, and EV charging, and leading disposal, due diligence, and sale agreements through to completion.

$120 million cancer centre, delivered

Prepared the feasibility and investment appraisal within the $500mn+ Quantum Leap estate renewal, while lifting EBITDA margin from 20 per cent to 27 per cent and cutting debtor days from 47 to 35.
